Payment terms are as agreed upon during the ordering process. All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranties

NIM Paints warrants that our products will conform to published specifications at the time of manufacture. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase when products are stored and applied in accordance with our instructions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper surface preparation or application
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by weather, chemicals, or environmental conditions beyond product specifications
• Products that have been altered, mixed with other substances, or used after their shelf life

Our liability under any warranty is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, NIM (U) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
